  2. If some of the files are tagged as bad under a status tab, then it recommended removing those file up front.
  3. Click the cloud icon when you see any file listed as unknown.
  4. If the scan results promptly “Not a known threat” then choose to not click Remove check box.
  5. Now Create System Restore Point before proceeding with a fix.
  6. Tap Fix Now.
  7. Click restart now.
  8. Click Done, after the removal of the risk.
