Open the eM Client and explore the Menu tab.
Click Tools and select Accounts.
On the new account window, choose Other, then Next and setup your email manually.
Under the Identify option, enter your SBCGLOBAL.NET email address.
Choose the IMAP or POP as per your need and then enter the following detail in the field.
- Name
- SBCGLOBAL.NET email address
- SBCGLOBAL.NET email password.
- Imap.mail.att.net in the incoming server
- On the Outgoing server option, fill up:
- Smtp.mail.att.net
- SBCGLOBAL.NET email address
- SBCGLOBAL.NET email password.
- Click Next, if everything goes smoothly in the test configuration.
- Enter the name and email address in the account detail option.
- Click Finish to complete the configuration
If you want to set up your account on the MailBird Lite then follow the below method.
- Open the MailBird Lite and explore the menu by clicking three parallel lines on the upper left corner of the interface.
- Choose the Account from the left pane.
- Click Add button on the right.
- Enter your name and email address in the add account section.
- Click continue.
- Click "Edit Server Settings".in the setting found option for the manual setup.
- Select IMAP for incoming server and enter imap.mail.att.net in the Incoming Server name.
- Enter the username and password.
- Now enter the port details for the incoming and outgoing server
- Click close to end the process.
