Belt Unit

The new belt unit is capable of print 50000 A4 papers, once you notified by the Belt End Soon message, its means your belt has reached to the end of the cycle. To replace it successfully, follow the below steps carefully.

  • Turn off the machine; unplug its power cable from the power source.
  • Grab the top cover from the middle and lift it gently.
  • Now carefully hold the drum unit and toner cartridge assemblies and take them out. (Note:  Don ‘try to touch the any electrodes or electrical circuit while doing this action)
  • Lift the belt unit up by holding the green holding.
  • Unpack the new belt unit without any rush.
  • Slide the drum and toner cartridges assembly back to the printer. (Note: While sliding the unit, make sure that toner cartridges color should match the color label on the printer.)
  • Close the top cover of the printer

Once that done makes sure to reset the belt printer counters in the following manner.

  • Plug the printer power cable back to the power source and switch on the machine.
  • Press Menu 5, 6.
  • Press the navigation arrow to choose the belt unit.
  • Press OK to continue.
  • Hit 1 button to reset the belt unit counter.
  • Press Exit to wrap up the process.

Waste Toner Box

To replace the waste toner box easily, avail the following steps carefully.

  • Turn off the machine; unplug its power cable from the power source.
  • Grab the top cover from the middle and lift it gently.
  • Now carefully hold the drum unit and toner cartridge assemblies and take them out. (Note:  Don ‘try to touch the any electrodes or electrical circuit while doing this action)
  • Lift the belt unit up by holding the green holding.
  • Now locate the orange packing material and remove it from the machine.
  • Now remove the waste toner box by holding the green handle on the unit.
  • Unpack the new waste toner box and slide it back to the machine.
  • Slide the drum and toner cartridges assembly back to the printer. (Note: While sliding the unit, make sure that toner cartridges color should match the color label on the printer.)
  • Close the top cover of the printer
