REPLACE TONER
Follow the below steps to counter this error code.
- Turn on your machine and leave it as it is for a couple of minutes to cool down.
- Open the front cover and make sure do not touch the exposed parts.
- Now gently drag out drum unit and toner cartridge assembly.
- Push down the green lever and lift up the toner cartridge out of the drum unit.
- Unpack the new toner cartridge gently.
- Now place the new toner cartridge into the drum unit. Once you placed it perfectly the green lever comes to its position automatically.
- Place the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the printer.
- Close the front panel gently.
Fuser Error
Please follow the steps below to solve the problem:
- Switch off of the printer, wait a few seconds, and then powered up it again.

Cooling Down (COOLING DOWN)
