- Turn off your machine and unplug all its cable and wires gently.
- Disconnect the power cord of the printer from the power source.
- Open the top cover of the printer by lifting the handle on the machine.
- Now take out the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly from the printer carefully.
- Now gently take out the toner cartridge by pushing the lock lever.
- Unpack the new drum unit.
- Firmly placed the toner cartridge into the drum unit. Note: A locking sound will confirm the right placement of the toner cartridge.
- Now slide this assembly into the printer gently.
- And At last close the top cover of the machine.
