  • Turn off your machine and unplug all its cable and wires gently.  
  • Disconnect the power cord of the printer from the power source.
  • Open the top cover of the printer by lifting the handle on the machine.
  • Now take out the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly from the printer carefully.
  • Now gently take out the toner cartridge by pushing the lock lever.
  • Unpack the new drum unit.
